Zoë McCafferty is an interdisciplinary artist from Denver, Colorado, whose work spans murals, painting, and installation art, with occasional explorations in clay and other two-dimensional media. Her practice is inspired by the novel and the unfamiliar—imagery and experiences gathered through travel, reflections on the human experience (particularly how we navigate grief), and more mystical or otherworldly themes.

Through her work, Zoë invites viewers into whimsical, immersive worlds populated by mermaids, spirits, and other imagined beings. Beneath the playfulness lies a search for transformation: how loss can be alchemized into inspiration, and how imagination can offer meaning in the face of life’s biggest questions.

Zoë aspires to continue expanding her creative practice—pursuing mural work full-time while experimenting across new mediums, always resisting the impulse to confine her art to a single form.
